Local context
Built for the way Sydney trades work.
Most Sydney work means several jobs in a day, tight parking and loading in and out of the van far more often than anyone plans for. That changes what a good fitout looks like. The gear you reach for constantly needs to be at the door, not buried behind a week of stock, and everything has to stay where you put it between stops.
We start from what is actually in the van. Tools, consumables, stock, ladders and lengths all get a position based on how often you use them and how heavy they are, and the plywood interior is built to that plan rather than to a standard kit size.
The approach
Plywood, with your toolbox system built in.
Plywood is light, strong and easy to shape to the curve of a van body, which keeps payload free for the load rather than the fitout. If you already run a modular toolbox system such as Milwaukee or Makita, we build the interior around it so the boxes are mounted securely for the drive and still lift straight out on site.
- Multi-stop days
- Frequently used gear positioned at the doors so you are not climbing into the van at every job.
- Payload
- Plywood construction keeps fitout weight down compared with heavy steel systems.
- Mixed loads
- Shelving, drawers and long item storage planned together so stock and lengths both have a home.
- Presentation
- A clean, considered interior that looks right when a customer sees the back of the van open.
